Cancellation & Returns
The consumer has the right to return or exchange the declared product within 3 days.
We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 3 days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all such claims must be processed through the shipping company.
Business to Business transactions:
Business-to-business transactions are exempt from the provisions of consumer contracts (formerly distance sales). Returns will only be accepted at our discretion and we may charge a return fee of up to 25%.
Some used parts are covered by a 5-days warranty unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Any part that is defective within the warranty period will be exchanged for a similar part. In the absence of such part, a refund will be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Limitation of Liability
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any indirect or consequential loss (including, but not limited to, labor costs to disassemble and reassemble parts, loss of business, loss of expected profits or savings and any other pure economic loss) arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms
will apply to future orders.
